The setting

Location 1
We have a property in leafy Brynmill, with easy access to Town or the Beach.
Location 2
We have a property in the City Centre, with easy access to shops and Cafes.
The Agency provides support for those with Mental Health problems living in the Western Bay Area, the age range is 18 and over for new Service Users. We provide 24-hour support to a maximum of 13 Service Users, annually.
Types of Service Provided:
The agency provides the following types of support:
· Daytime Support.
· Night Support.
· Low Level Care.
(The Agency does not provide higher levels of intimate care, though other agencies can be contracted with to provide this care.)
Range of Support:
The Agency provides support defined as follows:
Help and support to undertake domestic duties as well as assistance and support developing daily living skills.
It is envisaged that Service Users remain as independent as is possible. Should support of a physical nature be required, provision can be made at the project with external agencies.
The services provided by the Agency are ‘in house’ services using our own staff, we do not ‘buy’ in services, personally, though should this be required by an individual, every effort is made to facilitate this process.
